I created this blog intending to inform myself and others on what it takes to become an influential female leader. I also hope to clarify where disparities lie on the way to leadership positions and how to overcome them.
Who I am
I am a high school senior with the goal of pursuing my interest in gender studies. Growing up with a mom who pursued advanced education and was highly involved in the corporate world, I had a role model for what a successful and influential female leader looked like. I took this inspiration, combined with personal curiosities from life as a young girl, to further my interests in how gender impacts us all today and how we can limit disparities and gain influence to help inform and aid others.
