Senior Project Interviews

Gender in Leadership

Purpose:

My name is Madeline Schmidt and my goal with this project is to gather insight on gender disparities in leadership from a diverse community of leaders to share with next generation leaders.

I have compiled the insight and experience of 15 leaders through their responses to 5 questions, as can be seen below.

Thank you!

I was able to complete this project with the help of my wonderful mentor Aggie Cooke! I am so appreciative of your insight and encouragement throughout each phase of this process. Also, my gratitude goes out to everyone who participated in the interview process. This would not be possible without your experience and willingness to share πŸ™‚

More about the Project

Since the Covid-19 pandemic first began, millions of women have left the work force, and women remaining in leadership have been impacted in different ways, facing new challenges every day. My hope is to encourage and empower the next generation of women leaders to be informed and achieve their career aspirations.
